Alert Management

Alert Management is available from the Setup Menu.

From Alert Management, you can create, delete, and manage alerts sent from the platform. This page also displays any existing scheduled alert notifications.

Receive instant alerts for critical events related to your fleet, including reefer alarms, exceptions, maintenance reminders, and security breaches.

Key Features: Customizable notification rules, email alerts, SMS alerts, and incident reporting.

Target Audience: Operations personnel, maintenance personnel, compliance officers, all fleet stakeholders.
